Orland Otters

Registration opened on May 2nd & we have limited spots available!

This season we are celebrating our 80th anniversary! Our theme will be Splash from the Past, 80's style!

The Orland Otters would like to welcome you and your family and thank you for being part of our program. We are very excited about the upcoming season. It will be filled with new experiences, friendships, and success! Through your support, each Orland Otter swimmer will have the opportunity to move forward in his or her "Pursuit of Excellence." 

The Orland Otter Swim Team is an organization providing a multi-level competitive swim program. We are sanctioned by USA Swimming, Inc., and we train and abide by the laws of this organization. We belong to the North Valley Aquatic League (NVAL) as part of Sierra Nevada Swimming. 

May 2026

• 5/2 - In person registration (Registration will be capped to the first 120 swimmers, all others will be placed on a waitlist)
  • Glenn County Farm Bureau 
    • 9am - 10am (returning swimmers only) 
    • 10am - 11am (new & returning swimmers)
• 5/11 - First day of afternoon practice  
  • 3:30pm (returning swimmers only)
  • 5:00pm - New Swimmer Assessment
• 5/18 - First day of New Swimmer afternoon practice 
• 5/25 - NO PRACTICE
• 5/27 - NO PRACTICE 

June 2026

• 6/4 - NO PRACTICE
• 6/8 - First day of morning practice (all swimmers)
• 6/8- Parent Lawn Meeting and Stroke & Turn Practice @ 7:00
• 6/10 - Orland Squad Scrimmage @ 5:30
• 6/11 - Picture Day - No practice
• 6/12-14 - Chico Invitational in Durham
• 6/15 - Parent Lawn Meeting and Stroke & Turn Practice @ 7:00
• 6/17 - Dual meet vs. Colusa & Willows @ Orland @ 5:30
• 6/19-21 - Durham Invitational
• 6/22 - Parent Lawn Meeting + Stroke & Turn, 7-8pm
• 6/24 - Dual meet vs. Corning @ Orland @ 5:30
• 6/26-28 - Gridley Invitational & Lassen Invitational
