Monday Memo 5/15

Happy Sunday, Otter Fam! Plus, Happy Mother's Day to all the moms, grandmas, aunties, and motherly supporters of our swimmers. This Monday officially starts our swim season and this is your 1st Monday Memo with important reminders for this week, which you will receive via email every Sunday thru July 30, 2023. 

1. RETURNING SWIMMERS are welcome to join head coach Timothy Kraemer for practice Monday May 15, 3:30-5pm at the Orland Pool. Practice will be everyday this week, but we understand lots of kiddos have Fair and baseball/softball/sports/life going on. Please join if and when you can. 

2. NEW SWIMMERS have 4 opportunities to have a swim assessment before they can begin regular swim season on June 12, 2023. The 1st opportunity to be assessed (to determine Mini, Red, White or Blue, etc.) is this Wed 5/17 at 5pm at the pool. The other 3 dates for new swimmer assessments are Tues 5/23 @ 4:30pm, Wed 5/31 @5pm, and Wed 6/7 @5pm.

3. REGISTRATION: Some of you may have recieved an email regarding incomplete registration after we reconciled the 3 platforms required to insure and register your swimmer, and are happy to help you meet the requirements this week at practice (before your swimmer is allowed in the pool)! We will also have in-person sign ups to ensure all of the new requirements are met in order to properly register your Otter to join us this summer. Please tell your family or friends if they are interested in joining or learning more about swim team to come join us Wednesday.
