1. Plumas Rapids Invitational recap: EPIC Quincy weekend swim meet camping and hoteling with 50+ family members and two delicious team dinners, including adorable homemade Otter cupcakes! With just 22 Otters swimming, we still scored 3rd place for best team!!!

2. Stroke and Turn Monday 7/17 @7pm. We highly recommend ALL swimmers registered for NVALS to attend this Monday and next. This includes all Minis and Reds going to Redding 7/28-30. See you at the lawn meeting at 7pm in front of the pool.

3. Gridley Gator Dual Meet is AWAY this Wednesday 7/19. Please register and select 2 events plus an IM on Swimtopia by Tuesday to swim in Gridley. This is our LAST dual meet, if someone needs to coordinate carpool for rides, please let us know.  

4. Last day of regular season practice this Friday 7/21. 

5. NVAL tee sizes due by end of day tomorrow to order all the t shirts. We made it easier on us to track by putting it on SwimTopia when you sign up for jobs under NVALS, it will show t shirt sizes! We have 47 registered Otters for NVALS this year! Hotel rooms are filling up fast. 

6. CARB LOAD NVALs Crew dinner Wednesday 7/26. Sign ups will be on Swimtopia soon to bring a carb potluck dish. 

7. Awards banquet Wednesday 8/2. Sign ups on Swimtopia. 

8. There are about 30 Otter Space rosters left to add to back of shirts/apparel for $5, which have not yet arrived due to delay in shipping. Please add your name to this form if you would like to add and bring back your shirt in a labeled zip lock gallon bag with either $5 cash or a note that you venmoed it to @Orland-Otters so we can get them all to James to iron on for us when they arrive.
