Hello all NVAL champ parents/guardians!

Just a reminder that the NVAL Carb Load Potluck dinner tonight is at the CK Price Cafeteria at 6PM (1212 Marin St, Orland). We hope to see ALL of you there as the board has something very special planned for our athletes tonight! 

Please be sure to bring a PHOTO of your athlete so that he/she can cut out his/her face to glue onto the craft we are making for NVAL Spirit. 

Not too late to sign up to bring something tonight or just show up for the camaraderie, soaking it all in before our amazing season comes to an end.  Please put next wed 8/2 6pm dinner on your calendar too for a FAMILY pool party. 

We still have 21 shifts to fill for timing chairs this weekend! IF you have a swimmer we sure hope you can take 1-2 shifts to spread the love.
