Hi Otter Fam!

WOW! Thanks so much for signing up for the Awards Night Banquet so fast! If you think we need an item not on the list please feel free to bring to our potluck.  As we wrap up our 2024 season, we wanted to update you all on a couple more things.

1. Please give some thought on what your family would like to see for next year's theme! Otters in Paris 2024, Otter Space 2023, Cool as an Otter 2022, Harry Otter 2021... we would love to see your ideas and vote on them at our awards dinner. Here is the Google Form to put your suggestions:

2. We elect a new board at our end of season Awards Dinner and family pool party and we have received a couple request for absentee ballots with families who cannot make it.  The voting is 1 vote per family and if you are unable to make the Awards on Wednesday July 31 6pm, but would still like to vote please reply to this email with your phone # so we can call you between 6-7pm Wed night to cast your ballot. 

3. If you are on social media, please like and follow our "Orland Otters Swim Team" page on Facebook and we ask you to SHARE the sponsorship posts on your page to thank our sponsors for making this season so successful!

4. The board loves hearing from you! Here is an end of season recap survey to help us make next year even more successful.  Please take a few minutes to reflect on your level of satisfaction and offer any comments/suggestions.  We implemented several changes from these suggestions last year.  Thank you!
