Please join your Otters Board for our regular October meeting where we will be voting on annual review amendments to the Bylaws. New Bylaws may be adopted by majority vote of the Board of Directors present at any annual, regular or special meeting with at least fifteen (15) days written notice is given of intention to alter, amend or repeal the Bylaws or to adopt new Bylaws at such meeting.

Our board meeting will be at 5pm Mon October 21, 2024 at the Farm Bureau Conference room located across from Orland Ace at 831 5th St., Orland CA 95963.
