Good morning NVAL Families,

As indicated in the Monday Memo, here is your follow up email for the NVAL Carb Load Dinner potluck sign up to be held this Wednesday July 23, 530pm at Mill Street School cafeteria. Please bring a serving utensil for your meal contribution. Practice this week is Mon-Thur 830am to 1030am for all groups, all 46 swimmers, and the coaches may pull out the younger kids sooner if needed.

Reminder: there are a lot of timing shifts open each day for NVALS right now. Our kids will not be able to earn awards if we cannot fulfill our assigned mandatory volunteer contributions including officials and timers. Each day you have a swimmer, please be sure to sign up for at least 1 timing chair or Official shift (officials require 8 separate days of in person training & minimum annual requirements, if you're interested in becoming a team official please let us know!).  Once we get the sessions reports from the meet admin operator, we will adjust the #s accordingly. Thank you to all the parents who have signed up for multiple shifts so far, we literally cannot do this without your support. 

Attached is a picture example of the bee tutu swag from Amazon for $10-13. There's also some cool yellow and black leis for the boys who may not want to rock a tutu for $7.
