Hey hey Otter Fam!!

April showers bring may flowers and our 80th anniversary BLAST FROM THE PAST Otters Season!!!

We hope to see all of your returning swimmers from 9am to 10am on Sat 5/2 for in person registrations (please see attached flyer). Our website has info about how to register on USA Swim like usual, but what is new this year is no more OME/Swim Connection as the swim world has switched over to FAST SWIMS.

1. Let the board help you navigate this new signup procedure. Pay your $150 registration fees to SwimTopia by credit card, cash, check or venmo. USA Swim is the $59 swim insurance.

2. Drop off your $300 parent volunteer hour check post dated to 7/29/2026 and even sign up for your hours. Remember fireworks booth is double hours!

3. Give us your team tshirt size.

4. Pick up your 2026 Otter Caps and swag (you will not believe the detail on the croc charms this year!!!)

5. Order your team suits (thin or thick straps for girls and jammers or speedo cut for boys)

6. Pick up the season calendar as we have locked in dual meet dates and have a list of our Invitationals at your fingertips to make this summer a huge success.

7. For veteran swimmers, we also have negotiated a phenomenal 1 day Stroke and Turn clinic for Sun 5/31 (flyer attached for details) and that will be first come first served basis as well. 

8. Coaches will also be there ready to meet and greet the new and returning swimmers.

Hope to see you all at the Farm Bureau Conference room across from ACE next Sat 5/2/2026. We are caping at 120 swimmers again this year so please be sure to log in at 9am when we go live if you can't make it in person to sign up on SwimTopia, USA Swim, and Fast Swims. New swimmer registration will be from 10-11AM.
